To heal a woman is to heal a nation! And what better way than to inspire mothers to good health? As the caretakers of families and the community, we want to honor moms with the gift of fitness in our annual MARCH for Moms on Saturday before every Mother’s Day!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This fundraiser will help us to help women in the community get educated on healthy cooking, family fitness, proper nutrition, free gym memberships, and fitness attire to help them to get motivated about long healthy living. This 5k walk is a festive day of fitness and learning for the whole family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
